We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. House Landheim is the ideal starting point for hikes in summer or skiing holidays in winter. Our apartments are all new and lovingly furnished with every comfort. Feel yourself at home. We wish you a pleasant stay!

Our house was rebuilt in 2010. There are 3 holiday flats to rent. All the flats are equipped with kitchen, shower/WC, satellite TV and a large balcony. The big flat also has a dishwasher. All apartments are also equipped with electric shutters. If required, we also provide a baby cot.
Apartment Bergblick
This apartment measures 45 m2 and is suitable for 2-5 persons.
It consists of a bed-sitting room, kitchen, shower/WC with bidet, and a spacious balcony. The kitchen has an electric stove with 4 hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. All you need is provided, and the apartment has a digital TV.
Apartment Loipengaudi
The “Loipengaudi” apartment measures 40 m2 and is ideal for 2-4 persons.
It consists of a bed-sitting room, kitchen, shower/WC with bidet, and a spacious balcony. The kitchen has an electric stove a dishwasher a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. Everything you need is provided, and the flat has a digital TV.
Apartment Talpanorama
The “Talpanorama” apartment measures 25 m2, and is ideal for 2 persons.
It consists of a bes-sitting room, kitchen, shower/WC with bidet, and a spacious balcony. The kitchen has an electric stove and a fridge with freezer compartment. Everything you need is there, and the flat also has a digital TV.
Prices
Apartment Talpanorama: 48€ – 95€ per day for 2 people
Apartment Loipengaudi: 55€ – 135€ per day for 2 people
Apartment Bergblick: 55€ – 135€ per day for 2 people
Supplement 3rd and 4th person: 8-15 €. For stays of 3-4 nights we charge a surcharge of 15%. Final cleaning 25-40 €. The local tax is 2.50 per day and person over 14 years.

Holidaypass
Upon arrival, you will receive the “Holiday Pass” free of charge. With this you can use the bus and train service for free throughout South Tyrol. There are also various discounts in shops and at events.
The bus stop is only 40 meters from our house.
Bee-Keeping
In the house “Landheim” we are also nature-lovers. For more than 50 years we keep our own bees. We also offer our delicious honey here in the house. Just contact us: Anthracite blossom honey, creamy honey, honey in its most natural form, honey liqueur and candles made of real beeswax. Our honey products are also excellent as a holiday gift for the loved ones at home. If you are interested in bees, we can also entertain you with interesting accounts of our experiences with them. Or maybe you are so brave and accompany us to a bee colony?
